Winter/Spring 2025 Classes

We're happy to be launching our 3rd series of cooking classes coming up this winter/spring season.
First cab off the rank is a repeat of our popular Make Your Own Dairy Products class (previously called Yoghurt, Whey and Ghee making). We've changed the name as we have added Labneh, Butter and Sour-cream making to the mix.
Second up is Curry & Chai. A newly designed class to keep us warm in winter. The class features ingredients such as the gorgeous turmeric featured above. We'll make a base curry recipe that can be modified to use whatever produce you have on hand. Then we'll learn how to brew our own Chia from a handful of dried and fresh spices.
We've thrown in another repeat class - Homemade Nut Milks. Reprising this favourite as there were a few people that wanted to come first time around but missed out. Its a fun class to do - making your own nut milks is satisfying and tasty.
Lastly, another new class - Magic Eggs. When it comes to culinary classics, the humble egg does power lifting. In this class we will make a Soufflé, as well as Mayonnaise (plus a salad to toss the Mayonnaise through). Then we will move on to dessert with two eternal favorites - Pavlova and Lemon Curd.
