Neighbourhood Farm

This past Saturday, it was a dream come true to host a food skills workshop on a farm setting. And not just any farm - our most local farm, in this case aptly named Neighbourhood Farm.
Neighbourhood farm is so picturesque. Our cheesemaking workshop was wonderfully enriched in this connected setting.
If you live in Brisbane, I would encourage you to support your local farm by becoming a member or volunteering.
At our cheesemaking class - in an action packed 4 hours - we made (and ate!) farmer's cheese/paneer, haloumi and ricotta. Here are the snaps. A picture or two saves 1000s more words!

If you are keen to come experience the magic of an on-farm workshop, coming up on Saturday June 7 we are hosting a workshop on the art of Flatbread making (book here).
Here's what a couple of our class attendees had to say about our recent workshop.

Reviews of the Cheesemaking workshop
We'd like to thank Matt & the crew at Neighbourhood Farm for enabling us to host this workshop on-farm. I look forward to the next one in a couple of weeks time. I'd also like to thank Megan for taking some gorgeous photos of the day.
Enjoy!
